About Us
This site was the brainchild of the Past President of the Transplant Advocate Association (formerly the Ontario East Transplant Support Group), Pastor Ian Robb. He remembered the difficulty he had finding others that had been through the experience of a transplant before him and the insight and help they could provide.
He and some other transplantees were eventually able to get together and form the TAA and begin to provide support and knowledge to those due for a transplant or having already had one in the Belleville-Picton-Kingston-Ottawa area. That group has grown and now has the resources to begin a site like this so others will not have to endure the troubles of finding a resource in their community, they can just come here to quickly find what they are looking for.
